Position
Paul Diggin is a Partner in the Commercial Property Department. Paul acts for large organisations managing extensive property portfolios, acquisitions and disposals of commercial property, leasing, portfolio acquisitions and disposals, development and corporate sales. Paul has broad practice encompassing all aspects of commercial real estate work and advises institutions, pension funds, property companies, financial institutions, overseas investors and international retailers. He also advises in relation to the acquisition and development of data centres and multi-family/PRS schemes. In addition, Paul’s experience includes advising on the real estate aspects of large scale mergers and acquisitions.
