Position

John Williams is a Partner in the Commercial Property Department. John’s advice focuses on property acquisitions, disposals, investments, financing, development and asset management. John acts for a range of developers, banks and investors in dealing with purchases, sales, lettings, lending and ongoing investment management issues. Recently he has acted for banks and private equity firms on the sale and purchase of a number of loan portfolios. John has particular expertise in receiver and liquidator sales and acting for banks on the property aspects of the financing of renewable energy projects.
