Every one of us will slip, trip or fall at some point in our
lives. Sometimes these are minor incidents, and sometimes these are
serious, life-altering incidents. Under the law, there are specific
circumstances when such a mishap is the result of another
party's negligence, and these cases are known as premises
liability cases.
