Regular Law-Now users with a particular interest in construction adjudication will already be aware of our comprehensive database of adjudication case reports, the adjudication zone. The amendments to the HGCRA 1996 and the Scheme due to come into force later this year are likely to lead to an upsurge of interest in statutory adjudication and a number of cases where parties set out to test the limits of the new regime.
