The UKBA published a raft of new policy guidance on 16 March relating to Tier 1, Tier 2  and Tier 5 categories.   There are a number of changes which are of critical importance to Sponsors contained in the Tier 2 and Tier 5 Sponsor guidance. There are no significant changes to those proposed in mid February.  Our recent Law-Now highlights the key points.  However there are a number of issues which we consider to be unclear and we are liaising with the UKBA to obtain clarification - as soon as we have this confirmation, we will send out further guidance.
