The recently introduced simplified procedures for issuing Permanent Residency and Citizenship in Cyprus have made this relocation much easier and have increased the foreign investments into the island.

Permanent Residency in Cyprus:

A Cyprus Permanent Residency can be obtained by investment in real estate. The program requires investment in real estate with a minimum market value of €300,000 plus VAT, including proof of the initial payment of at least €200,000 (excluding VAT).
