先日開催された中国移動（チャイナ・モバイル）の「2022グローバルパートナー大会」で、同社が発起した「情報通信産業知的財産権連盟」が正式に発足した。
同連盟は中国国家知識産権局（CNIPA）の指導を受け、発起人にはチャイナモバイル、中国衛星ネットワーク集団、中国通信機器大手のファーウェイや中興通信（ZTE）など12社が含まれる。
連盟は、権利者と実施者のウィンウィンを実現できる協力メカニズムの構築を模索し、産業チェーンのすべての関係者の力を発揮し、重点的な垂直産業の知的財産権の保護と活用を推進し、公平・公開・透明・合理的で互恵共生の情報通信産業の知的財産権環境を築いていくことを目的としている。
