동 회의에서 국가지식산권국 인사부와 칭화대학교 법과대학 책임들은 각각 양측의 국제 지식재산권 단과대학 공동 설립 및 협력 계약의 주요내용을 소개함
동 계약에 따라 양측은 ① 의사결정 관리, ② 인재 양성, ③ 학술 연구, ④ 인재 교류 등의 방면에서 협력하기 위해 이사회를 구성할 예정임
