중국 국가지식산권국은 일대일로 공동 건설 국가 및 지역에서의 중국 특허 우수 사례를 총 10건 선정함
동 선정 결과에 이의가 있는 기관 및 개인은 CNIPA 국제협력부에 이의 신청서를 서면으로 제출하고 필요한 증명 자료를 제공해야 함
기관이 이의를 신청할 경우에는 기관의 직인을 날인하고 연락처, 이메일 등을 제공해야 하며, 개인이 이의를 신청할 경우에는 성명을 서명하고 신분 증명서, 연락처, 이메일 등을 제공해야 함
