最近、西安市市場監管局（知識産権局）は全市市場監督管理システム「知的財産権創造、保護及び運用」業務推進会を開き、2021年のビジネス環境の最適化に関わる仕事・任務を手配した。西安市市場監管局副局長の馮超氏は、近日に市委が公布した「西安市ビジネス環境最適化「1+18+N」シリーズ案」がビジネス環境改善業務に対する詳細企画である。
馮超氏は、知的財産権ビジネス環境改善業務への重視度、知的財産権ビジネス環境改善の業務能力とレベルの向上、知的財産権ビジネス環境改善の新措置を講じることなどの5点から、知的財産権ビジネス環境改善業務を実施する際の注意点を強調した。
また、会議において、各区県市場監督管理局、総合執法支隊の担当者はそれぞれの知的財産権作業の進捗を報告し、またビジネス環境の最適化に関わる知的財産権業務を交流した。
