第2回知的財産権侵害・模倣品摘発サミットは9月4日に北京・国家会議センターで開催される。8月23日、国家市場監督管理総局の関係責任者が明らかにした。
今回サミットは中国（北京）国際サービス貿易交易会の一環として行われ、世界知的所有権機関（WIPO）、中国国家市場監督管理総局、北京市政府などが共同で主催する。
サミットでは、中国商務部、最高人民法院、国家郵政局の責任者が中国の知的財産権侵害・模倣品摘発活動の成果、現在直面している課題、今後の政策の方向性などについて説明する。また、業界協会や企業、研究機関、大学からの専門家、外国の在中国大使館の知的財産権担当官が出席し、交流を行う予定である。
