最高人民法院（最高裁）の知的財産権法廷は2024年2月23日、「最高人民法院知的財産権法廷による裁判要旨摘要（2023）」を発表した。
最高裁知財法廷は、2023年に結審した4562件の案件の中から96件を選び出し、104の裁判要旨を抽出して「裁判要旨摘要2023」を形成した。この文書は、知的財産権及び独占禁止分野における裁判官による法の適用、裁判方法、司法理念などを示している。
発表された104の裁判要旨には、専利権（特許・実用新案・意匠）付与・権利確定行政事件に関する29項目、権利帰属・民事事件に関する29項目、植物新品種事件に関する14項目、技術秘密事件に関する12項目、独占禁止事件に関する9項目、コンピュータソフトウェアに関する11項目が含まれている。
