中国国家知識産権局（CNIPA）は近日、業務調整に伴い、特許出願に使用される各種申請フォームおよび電子出願データ標準規範について改訂を行う旨の通知を発表した。
今回の改訂では、紙媒体で特許業務を処理する際に使用する出願書類や、電子形式で特許業務を処理する際に使用する出願データ標準規範などが対象となっている。これらの改訂は2025年1月10日より施行され、同時に従来の紙媒体申請書類および電子出願データ標準規範、電子出願バッチインターフェースの利用は停止される。
現在使用可能な特許出願用の紙媒体申請書類は、国家知識産権局の公式ウェブサイト（http://www.cnipa.gov.cn）の「政務サービス」欄にある「表格ダウンロード」コーナーから、ユーザーが即時に閲覧・ダウンロードできるようになっている。
