立法の公開性と透明性を高め、立法の質を向上させるため、中国国家知識産権局（CNIPA）は2月7日、改正「国家知識産権局行政復議規程」の意見募集稿およびその改正説明を公表し、社会各界からの意見募集を始めた。意見募集稿と改正説明は、国家知識産権局の公式ウェブサイトとWeChat公式アカウントに掲載されている。
意見募集の締切日は3月9日。以下の方式で意見を提出することができる。
