中国国家知識産権局（CNIPA）は、「商標行政執法証拠基準規定」の意見募集稿を公表し、一般向け意見募集を始めた。知的財産権の保護強化に関する国の方針の徹底、商標に関連する執法への指導強化、執法の基準の統一化、違法事実の正確な認定、証拠の収集・審査・認定作業の規範化などが狙いとされている。意見募集の締切日は12月31日。以下の方法で提出することができる。
