中国国家知識産権局（CNIPA）はこのたび、2024年度の地理的表示（GI）保護プロジェクトの実施名簿を公開した。通知によれば、国家知識産権局の総合的な審査と評価の結果、「昌平いちご」をはじめとする44の地理的表示に関する保護プロジェクトが選定された。これらのプロジェクトの実施期間は1年で、2024年8月から2025年7月まで続けられる。
通知では、各省レベルの知識産権局に対して、プロジェクトの調整・指導メカニズムを確立し、支援の強化とプロジェクト実施過程の監視を強化するよう要求している。また、各プロジェクト実施機関は、実際の作業状況に合わせて具体的な実施計画を完成させ、重点を明確にしながら全面的な配慮を行い、複製可能で普及可能な経験を形成し、地理的表示の保護と発展をリードし、促進することが求められている。
