中国国家知識産権局(CNIPA)は最近、長江デルタ地域の重要都市である嘉興市と台州市（浙江省）に国家級知的財産権保護センターの設立を認可した。嘉興市のセンターはハイエンド装備製造産業に、台州市のセンターはハイエンド装備製造及び省エネ・環境保護産業に対して、迅速な知的財産権協同保護活動を行う予定である。
これにより、国内の国家級知的財産権保護センターの総数は65カ所となり、浙江省だけで5カ所が確認された。
両市は国内の主要な装備製造産業基地としての位置づけがあり、新たな知的財産権保護センターの設立は、知的財産権の総合サービス提供の強化、革新資源の集結加速、ビジネス環境の最適化、そして革新チェーンと産業チェーンの融合強化に寄与することが期待される。
