最近、北京市の知識産権局と司法局など11部門が、北京の知的財産権紛争の多元的解決メカニズムのさらなる最適化を狙い、「 知的財産権紛争の多元的調停活動の強化に関する実施意見」を共同で発布した。
この「実施意見」は北京市の知財紛争調停活動の目標と主な措置を定めている。2025年に知的財産権紛争が多発するすべての重点分野、重点業界をカバーする規範的で、効率の高い紛争調停業務システムを整備し、人民調停、行政調停、司法調停が円滑につながり、相互補完する多元的調停体制を形成するよう取り組むとしている。
北京は近年、知的財産権紛争の多元的調停活動の推進に取り組んでいる。今年7月末現在、累計で各種類の紛争を3万5643件受理し、調停成功率は62.7％に達している。
