中国税関総署が発表したデータによると、今年1～9月、中国の税関当局は知的財産権侵害の疑いがある貨物2.2万ロット、約6290万点を押収した。税関総署は同期間に、2万200件の知的財産権の税関保護登録を審査・承認し、知的財産権保護のための総保証157件を取り扱った。
税関総署はまた、税関による知的財産権保護水準の向上を図るため、知的財産権保護に関する研修を実施している。全国の税関職員を対象とするこれらの研修は、権利侵害の認定、行政法執行と刑事・司法の連携、法執行の優良事例の共有など、実務交流の場となっている。
