国家知識産権局が7月14日発表したデータによると、今年6月末まで、中国の有効特許件数は香港、澳門、台湾を除き、245万4000件に達した。この中で戦略的新興産業分野の特許は73万1000件で、昨年末より5万3000件増えた。
今年1月から6月まで、中国の特許登録件数が33万9000件、商標登録件数が372万4000件、地理的表示保護製品の認定件数が87件、地理的表示による集団商標・証明商標登録の認定件数が254件、集積回路配置図設計登録が7629件となっている。
6月末までの統計によると、特許の平均審査期間は19.4月に、高価値特許の審査期間は13.4月にそれぞれ短縮され、商標登録の平均審査期間は4ヶ月以内に維持されているという。
