今年11月現在の中国国内の有効発明特許の特許権者に占める企業の割合は、前年同期比2.5ポイント上昇の73.5％に達していることが23日、国家知的財産権局の定例記者会見で明らかになった。
データによると、中国の中小企業は特許イノベーションがより活発で、保護及び運用能力が持続的に上昇している。2024年の中国の中小企業の有効発明特許の産業化率は前年比3.6ポイント上昇の55.1％。うち小規模企業は57.8％、零細企業は36.7％で、2年連続の上昇となった。
