Several members of our global fund finance team attended the 10th Annual Global Fund Finance Symposium at the Fontainebleau Miami Beach, 12-14 February 2020. Appleby has been a platinum sponsor of the Fund Finance Association (FFA) Global Symposium since its inception.

With over 850 attendees and 70 speakers, the event was a resounding success. One of the Appleby team members in attendance was Cayman Islands Partner Anna-Lise Wisdom, who sat on the Legal Update panel discussing the latest legal developments in Cayman including the potential impact of the Private Funds Law on fund finance transactions.
