Employers seeking to hire using the Temporary Foreign Worker Program are required to use the new Job Match service as of August 28, 2017.
The change is one of several to the recruitment process an employer must carry out before applying for a Labour Market Impact Assessment (LMIA).
The service allows an employer to see anonymous profiles of job seekers who match the skills and experience in a given Job Bank posting.
