Joaquín Rodríguez has focused his practice on Mergers and Acquisitions, Natural Resources and Environmental Law, Energy, Infrastructure, Banking and Finance and Mining.

He was professor of the course “Company Law” at Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez and of the course “Practical Approach to Projects Development” at Universidad Diego Portales.

Between 2008 and 2013 he was assistant professor of Civil Law at the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile Law School.

He joined Claro & Cia. as an associate in 2010, and during 2014 and 2015 worked as a visiting lawyer at Sullivan & Cromwell, New York.
