Joe is a partner in the Financial Services Group of McCarthy Tétrault LLP. Joe has more than 25 years of experience in structuring, and completing domestic and international financing transactions. He regularly acts as lead counsel to lenders (and lending syndicates) and debtors involving complex financing structures. Joe has extensive oil and gas, oil and gas service sector, power project and pipeline project financing experience. Joe’s experience also includes debt and corporate restructuring, bankruptcy and insolvency matters.
