Position
Linc acts as a principal adviser to key stakeholders in some of Canada’s most complex domestic and cross-border restructurings and distressed acquisitions. He is experienced in complex corporate reorganizations, financial restructurings, distressed M&A and debtor-in-possession financings. His clients include leading private equity and hedge funds, large commercial lenders, multinational corporations and prominent advisory firms acting in various court-appointed capacities.

Memberships
Linc is a member of the Insolvency Institute of Canada and is on the board of directors of Annual Review of Insolvency Law Society Inc. In addition, he is currently serving on the board of directors of the Toronto chapter of the Turnaround Management Association. Linc is also a member of the corporate advisory board of the Canadian Association of Urban Financial Professionals (“CAUFP”) which is dedicated to the advancement of professionals of colour within the financial services industry.
