A partner in the firm since 2008, Brian is an accomplished trial and appellate advocate who has represented both plaintiff and defense clients in federal court, state court, and arbitration matters. Brian focuses his practice on securities, professional malpractice, and fiduciary breach matters. However, he also has significant experience litigating real estate, executive compensation, oil and gas, and other complex contract disputes.
