Jo Canning is a partner in our finance team and head of the Cardiff Banking team. Jo is one of the lead partners in our national real estate finance practice and also advises on all aspects of corporate lending and acquisition finance. Jo acts for a variety of financial institutions, banks, alternative lenders and borrowers on development finance and investment finance and acts for all of the main clearing banks across Wales, the South West and London. Jo has recently acted on some high profile transactions in the region, including the refinance of the Celtic Manor Resort, the Welsh Rugby Union and the development of flagship office accommodation in Central Square, Cardiff.
