Career
Her professional practice focuses primarily on financing, regulatory and capital market issues. She advises companies and investors on the full range of debt, equity and equity-linked products in Asunción. She mainly drafts and designs agreements and regulatory documents for complex transactions and advises companies, banks, securities brokers, fund managers, and financial service providers. She has assisted institutions and companies in the securities market field on regulatory aspects related to their incorporation and operation in Paraguay and the issuance of securities such as bonds, shares, and funds shares.
Furthermore, she actively performs due diligence procedures for transactions, acquisitions, and capital investments. Likewise, Pamela regularly advises international credit entities and multilateral organizations on financing transactions with financial institutions and companies in Paraguay.
Before joining FERRERE, Pamela was part of the legal department of Banco Atlas S.A. (2007-2013). She graduated with honors as an attorney from Universidad Nacional de Asunción (Paraguay) in 2012. Pamela has a master’s degree in banking and financial law (LL.M) from Queen Mary University in London (England), where she graduated with merits in 2020. Also, in 2016 she graduated as a Stock Market Operator, authorized by the Stock Exchange of Asunción.
