Regional heavyweight Ferrere fields a banking and finance practice renowned for advising multilateral organisations, including IDB Invest, DEG and FMO. The firm also has a number of international banks on its client list, which it frequently assists on major cross-border deals. Praised for its ‘well-synchronised work between partners and associates‘, the team is led by Carlos Codas, an expert in banking regulatory matters who is also experienced in the market’s major transactions.
