Position

Louise joined Carey Olsen in 2011 and is a member of the dispute resolution and litigation team in Jersey. Louise is an experienced advocate and trust litigator, representing clients in contentious and semi contentious trust matters. She has also acted in corporate and fund disputes, and regularly advises clients on notices received under tax information exchange agreements (TIEAs). Louise has authored articles for legal journals and regularly speaks in Jersey and overseas on developments in Jersey trust law.

Career

Louise qualified as a Scottish solicitor in 2010, having obtained an LLB from the University of Glasgow in 2007 and a Diploma in Legal Practice in 2008. Louise qualified as an Advocate of the Royal Court of Jersey in 2015.
