Deals with divorce, separation, relationship breakdown, cohabitation disputes, cohabitation agreements, prenuptial and postnuptial agreements, child disputes – contact and residence of children and relocation of children. Acted in a recent case involving an application by a mother who wished to relocate with her child to Hong Kong. Represented the mother who was successful. Acted in the reported case Garrad v Inglis which was a dispute about the date of separation in a cohabitation claim under s28 of the Family Law (Scotland) Act 2006.
