Position

Andreas Schütz is a partner and a member of the IP/IT team at Taylor Wessing Vienna. He specialises in the areas of copyright & media, unfair competition law, IT & telecommunications, data protection and public commercial law. Andreas regularly advises well-known national and international companies from the IT, telecommunications and food sector on all aspects of unfair competition and IT law. His areas of focus include software contracts and software distribution law as well as data protection, e- and m-commerce and GTCT. He also advises in relation to IT projects. In addition, Andreas has extensive experience in the areas of food law and public procurement law as well as logistics & transport law.
