Celia Jenkins joined Tuli & Co in 2006 and heads the Firm’s non-contentious practice. She specialises in insurance regulatory advisory, product development, and commercial work for Insurers, Reinsurers, intermediaries, as well as general clients. Naval joined the Firm’s dispute resolution practice in 2009. He has 14+ years of experience and specialises in handling disputes related to  insurance and reinsurance, construction, shipping, trade credit, bills of exchange, white collar crimes, insolvency disputes, media rights, shareholder disputes and complex commercial contract related disputes for Indian Insurers, Trade Credit Insurers, overseas Reinsurers, and general commercial clients. Naval represents clients in proceedings before Indian Courts, consumer courts,  ad-hoc and institutional  domestic and international arbitration tribunals, insolvency tribunals and other forums. Rajat Taimni joined Tuli & Co in 2001 and heads the Firm’s dispute resolution practice. He has 22+ years of experience and his core practice is litigation and arbitration on disputes involving insurance and reinsurance, investment treaties, sovereign funds, charterparties, sports and media, white collar issues, joint venture disputes, railways, aviation, and defence contracts. Rajat represents Insurers, Reinsurers, and commercial clients with litigious disputes before Indian Courts as well as before international and domestic arbitration tribunals. Rajat specializes in high profile, high value and complex ad-hoc arbitrations as well as institutional arbitrations arising from LCIA, ICC, SIAC, DIAC, CIETAC, JAMS, ICA, International Cotton Association, American Arbitration Association Rules, UNCITRAL Arbitration Rules and International Centre for Dispute Resolution International Arbitration Rules, amongst others.
