Anuj is in the Firm’s non-contentious practice, and specialises in insurance, reinsurance, data protection, emerging technologies, and aviation.

He regularly advises on regulatory matters involving IRDAI, IFSCA, and RBI, product development assignments (health, general, and specialised lines), and business structuring for both insurance as well as non-insurance clients. He also advises on data protection and cybersecurity law, including data privacy practices, cross-border data transfers, data localisation, and cyber incident reporting. His work includes structuring innovative models involving emerging technologies. He also handles aircraft lessor setups in GIFT City, with a focus on advising on IFSCA regulatory requirements.
