Amrit Singh joined Tuli & Co’s litigation and dispute resolution practice in 2011. He handles a wide array of matters including insurance, reinsurance, contractual disputes, consumer disputes, oil and natural gas, international commercial arbitrations, domestic arbitrations and white-collar crimes. He regularly represents clients such as Indian and overseas Insurers & Reinsurers before consumer fora across India at company law tribunals, and in various High Courts, as well as the Supreme Court of India. He also specialises in providing coverage and claims advice to Indian Insurers and overseas Reinsurers under a range of insurance policies, including SFSP, IAR, CAR, CGL, Product Liability, Aviation, Marine and Cyber.
