Nicola is an Executive Partner and joint Head of the Wills, Trusts, Tax and Probate Department. Nicola has worked in this field for more than a decade and has extensive experience in all areas, but her particular area of interest is Trust work. She provides advice on the creation, management and cessation of Trusts, as well as acting as a professional Trustee herself for many of her clients. She also has considerable knowledge of succession and tax planning for rural clients.

The firm acts for several high-value charities and there is an international and agricultural dimension to much of the work carried out by the team. Co-heads Nicola Havers and Sarah Walker both joined the partnership in 2022 with combined experience in estate administration and inheritance tax planning. Sarah Walker also has expertise in advising on Anglo-French matters.
