Nicola is an Executive Partner and joint Head of the Wills, Trusts, Tax and Probate Department. Nicola has worked in this field for more than a decade and has extensive experience in all areas, but her particular area of interest is Trust work. She provides advice on the creation, management and cessation of Trusts, as well as acting as a professional Trustee herself for many of her clients. She also has considerable knowledge of succession and tax planning for rural clients.
