Roisin McCorry has over 30 years’ experience as a solicitor dealing with all aspects of contentious litigation, but specialising in family law.

She specialises in dealing with complex financial claims, including businesses, executive pensions and contingent assets such as share options, with particular interest and expertise in the banking sector’s complex remuneration/’golden handcuff’ arrangements. Roisin represents clients, both husbands and wives, in complex matrimonial settlements and also in relation to issues concerning their children.

A member of Resolution and a collaboratively trained lawyer, Roisin can offer prompt practical advice which in the vast majority of all cases results in a negotiated settlement at the earliest possible opportunity.

A solicitor with an honours degree in law and in 1995, Roisin undertook an LLM in Advanced Litigation at the Nottingham Law School.
