Pablo Gutiérrez has dedicated his more than 20 years of practice to labor and corporate immigration matters. He actively advises clients on long-term strategic issues; on the labor analysis required for corporate transactions, mergers, acquisitions and reorganizations; and on their day-to-day labor matters, such as hiring and regulatory compliance. In addition, his practice includes the judicial defense of his clients in courts of law, as well as before administrative authorities.
