Matthew is a partner in the corporate group and the firm’s retail sector group. He provides board level corporate advice to a wide range of quoted and owner-managed mid-cap companies. In addition to expertise in acquisitions and disposals, AIM listings and fund raising, he also advises on restructuring and refinancing work for clients and lenders.
