As a corporate governance specialist, Ellen represents her clients in inquiry proceedings before the Dutch Enterprise Chamber of the Amsterdam Appellate Court, in D&O liability litigation, corporate disputes, and professional liability matters. She frequently acts on appointment by the Enterprise Chamber in inquiry proceedings as investigator, administrator of shares or temporary supervisory director. Ellen litigates before civil, disciplinary and arbitration courts and she also acts as corporate mediator. Besides working as a lawyer Ellen holds several additional (inter alia supervisory board) positions, she is a lecturer for the Grotius expert educational program “Corporate Litigation”.
