Vinograd & Co is well known in Israel for its work for institutional investors, and indeed, the firm is among the market leaders in that space; however, the firm has also demonstrated top-tier credentials for the formation of large and often innovative investment funds. Moreover, the firm is perhaps among the most active in the formation of hedge funds in Israel. Practice head Ronen Vinograd has recently been involved in the formation of multiple first-of-its-kind real estate-focused funds, and has also advised on the formation of a unique hedge fund investing in insurance linked securities.
