With a strong track record of working internationally in the legal and financial industries, Aviram Grumer specializes in providing legal and strategic advice to clients looking to set up a raft of investment funds. In addition, Aviram advises clients on various corporate, commercial and capital markets matters, including debt and equity investment transactions, securitization, M&A and infrastructure finance.
Prior to joining the firm, Aviram served as an associate at a leading boutique law firm in the fields of capital markets, M&A and finance and thereafter was relocated to the Netherlands, where he served as a General Manager and Legal Counsel of a trust and corporate services company providing services to international groups and investment funds.
