He is one of the founding partners and member of the Executive Committee of the Firm.
Previously, he has been a partner of a leading Italian law firm from September 2009, after having worked for eight years in two primary international law firms.
Vincenzo focuses his activity on Corporate and M&A transactions with particular emphasis on private equity. His clients include private equity/venture capital funds as well as family businesses, entrepreneurs and management team involved in M&A transactions. He is regularly involved – assisting both sellers and buyers – in secondary private equity/venture capital deals (transfers of portfolio companies, units/quotas in closed funds/LPs).
