Stijn focuses primarily on litigation, corporate finance, and M&A. His litigation practice circles around corporate litigation as well as insolvency matters, where he regularly acts both for creditors as well as for debtors in restructuring.


Prior to joining Quinz, Stijn worked at the Jan Ronse Institute for company and financial law of KU Leuven Stijn is a part time professor at the Antwerp University Faculty of Law, where he teaches Insolvency law. Stijn also heads the editorial board of the Tijdschrift voor Rechtspersoon en Vennootschapsrecht – Revue Pratique des Sociétés (TRV-RPS) and is a member of the Belgian Centre for Corporate Law (BCV).
