Position
During his extensive legal career, Amir has been involved in many legal matters relating to real-estate, planning and construction law, and commercial law. Amir has led many complex transactions in Israel and abroad, appeared and litigated before several judicial forums and tribunals and has gained significant expertise in the different legal challenges the cellular industry is facing. His real estate expertise is noted in the 2013 editions of Legal Experts EMEA, Chambers and Partners, and the editorial of Legal 500: Europe, Middle East & Africa 2013, which quoted clients praising him as “a magnificent lawyer that gives excellent advice”. The 2011 edition of Legal Experts EMEA lists Amir as one of the leading experts in real-estate law in Israel. In 2010, he was named by daily Ma’ariv as Israel’s top real-estate lawyer. In addition to his involvement in the firm, Amir is a member of the board of directors of Amot Investments Ltd., a publicly traded company on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange, is a member of the board at the municipal water company of Ramat Hasharon, takes active part in Friends of the Humane Society in Israel, and serves as Vice Chairman of the Judge Appointment Advisory Committee.
