The real estate department is led by Omer Gadish, who is acting for Erco Holdings in relation to an urban renewal project by the beach line in Bat Yam; the project is planned for construction of 410 apartments as well as an expansive commercial space. Gadish is also advising Shapir Housing and Building on the development of an urban renewal project in Jerusalem, which will deliver over 700 residential units.
