Karen Vermaere is a senior partner and has been a lawyer at the Antwerp Bar since 2001. She assists clients with challenging projects and advises companies on all aspects of commercial transactions. Since her start at the Antwerp Bar in 2001, Karen has accompanied her clients along the path of clearly mapping out projects, collaborations and operational challenges in legal terms and implementing them by means of clear advice and contracts. At the same time, she has gained extensive expertise in commercial, contractual and financial disputes and is a respected litigator.
