Karen Vermaere is a senior partner and has been a lawyer at the Antwerp Bar since 2001. She assists clients with challenging projects and advises companies on all aspects of commercial transactions. Karen combines this non-litigation practice, often in regulated sectors, with dispute resolution, including mediation and arbitration.
