Eitan’s expertise includes prospectus and private placements documents drafting, public corporation mergers & acquisitions and consultation regarding public and private company acquisitions. He is also an expert in the ongoing legalities binding public companies with reporting obligations, whose securities are listed in TASE or US stock exchanges.
