Career

Eitan Shmueli is the Head of Capital Markets & Securities Department of the firm. Eitan is an expert in legal services provided to public and private companies seeking access to capital markets in Israel and the US.

Eitan’s expertise includes prospectus and private placements documents drafting, public corporation mergers & acquisitions and consultation regarding public and private company acquisitions. He is also an expert in the ongoing legalities binding public companies with reporting obligations, whose securities are listed in TASE or US stock exchanges.

Eitan accompanies M&As and other commercial transactions from the negotiations stage, through contract drafting, to final implementation – including all relevant financing aspects. In addition, Eitan has vast experience in litigation involved in securities and corporations.
