Nicolas Thieltgen is Managing Partner of Brucher Thieltgen & Partners and a Founding Partner of the firm. He is the head of the Banking and Finance Team. He is the leader of the Shareholders Disputes and Banking and Finance Litigation Task Forces. He specializes in legal advice on banking and finance laws. He also represents his clients in these fields in front of the Luxembourg courts.


He is member of the Luxembourg Bar since 2001.
